Information and purposes
We use your name, business contact details, company, project brief, selected language and optional attachments to answer enquiries and prepare projects. Technical request data helps protect the service. Where applicable, the basis is steps requested before a contract, or our legitimate interests in business communication and security. Optional campaign attribution requires your choice. Reading this notice does not subscribe you to marketing. Please do not send health records or sensitive personal information.
Service providers and international processing
Enquiries and private attachments are stored on our server in California, USA; restricted backups are held by the operator in China. Cloudflare supports website delivery and security. Direct email correspondence uses Zoho. Resend enquiry notifications are not enabled for this release. If enabled later, Resend will send reference-only enquiry notifications to our Zoho sales mailbox. Necessary project details may be shared with our manufacturing partner. These services may process data outside your country. Contact us for the applicable recipients and transfer safeguards. If you allow optional analytics, Google receives page-view and enquiry-interaction data and may process them outside your country. See Cookie preferences for details.
Retention
We retain information while needed for the enquiry or project and any applicable contractual, legal or dispute obligations. Retention depends on the last meaningful contact, project status and those obligations. Access is limited to authorized personnel. You can ask us to review whether continued retention is necessary.
Your choices and rights
Contact sales@nutraguild.com to request access, correction or deletion. Depending on applicable law, you may also request restriction or portability, object to processing, withdraw consent for optional processing, or complain to your data protection authority. We may need to verify your identity. Required contact details let us answer your enquiry; optional fields may be left blank.
