Business information & FDA disclaimer
The website provides B2B dietary supplement development, OEM/ODM manufacturing coordination, and supply chain consultation. Product concepts, formula references, images, and planning guides are provided strictly for B2B commercial evaluation and preliminary formulation planning. They do not constitute finished retail products, nor medical or health claims. These statements have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Products referenced are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Final product specifications, labeling, and destination-market regulatory compliance must be evaluated independently for each commercial project.
Quotations, orders & import responsibilities
Submitting an enquiry or form does not place an order, create a binding contract, or impose payment obligations. All commercial terms, formulas, quantities, testing protocols, pricing, delivery terms (Incoterms), intellectual property allocation, and governing conditions require a separate, formal written agreement signed by the authorized parties. Applicable project agreements shall designate the responsible Foreign Supplier Verification Program (FSVP) Importer, Importer of Record (IOR), and statutory compliance obligations for U.S. customs entry and local distribution. Materials, IP & responsible use
Submit only materials and data you have the lawful right to share. Execute a mutual non-disclosure agreement (NDA) before disclosing proprietary formulas or trade secrets. Buyers submitting custom formulas, trademarks, or packaging designs warrant that such materials do not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights and agree to indemnify NutraGuild against related claims.
