Manufacturing partner
NutraGuild is operated by Tianjin Inspiration Deer International Trading Co., Ltd. as a cross-border supply chain coordinator. We coordinate product development, technical specifications, and export communication with our manufacturing partner. NutraGuild does not own a factory. Each party's specific responsibilities are defined in the applicable written project agreement, subject to applicable law.
Meet our manufacturing partnerBatch documentation
Archived business and qualification documents are historical records, not evidence of current certification or batch compliance. Partner identities and original documents are shared during confidential due diligence. Current site-, product- and batch-relevant documentation and validity remain subject to verification before commercial shipment.

- 01
Materials and specifications
Define raw-material identity, ingredient specifications, supplier documentation and incoming checks. Align the formula and acceptance criteria before material procurement.
- 02
Manufacturing controls
Define the production instructions and the checks relevant to the format: blending, fill weight or volume, appearance, packaging integrity and batch identification. Record changes against the approved specification.
- 03
Finished-product testing
Build the test plan around the product and destination market. Discuss identity and assay, microbiological limits, heavy metals, stability and other relevant parameters. Confirm the method, acceptance limit and responsible laboratory for each test.

Common project questions
What sets the minimum order quantity?
MOQ depends on formulation, batch size, ingredient supply and packaging configuration. Share an estimated quantity; the quotation will identify the quantity basis and any component-specific minimums.
How long does a project take?
The schedule depends on formula readiness, sample revisions, testing and packaging procurement. We define the milestones and their dependencies after reviewing your brief.
Can we develop products for different markets?
Share every intended destination market at the start. Formulation, label and documentation requirements are reviewed for each project; one version should not be assumed suitable for every market.
