Supplement ODM development for US brands
Turn a supplement concept into a defined formulation, sample and packaging brief. NutraGuild coordinates development with its manufacturing partner; project terms are confirmed by RFQ.

Procurement planning guidance. Confirm requirements for your product, formulation version and market.
Can you start without a finished formula?
Yes. Start an ODM discussion with your intended audience, United States sales channel and product concept. NutraGuild coordinates formulation, sampling and packaging discussions with our manufacturing partner. Bring an existing specification for OEM production, or identify the decisions you need help developing. A reference product communicates a direction; it does not establish copying rights, feasibility or acceptable label claims.
Choose the format around the buyer experience
- Gummies: define ingredient amounts per serving alongside piece count, flavor, texture and sugar preferences. Ask which combinations can be assessed together.
- Hard capsules: define the serving amount, acceptable capsules per serving and shell preferences before agreeing a fill specification.
- Powders: define serving mass, mixing conditions and tub, pouch or sachet presentation. Compare the full blend with the intended pack.
Agree a deliverable at each development stage
- Brief and feasibility: a written list of fixed requirements, open questions, proposed facility and items requiring specialist review.
- Development quotation: the formulation scope, sample purpose, revision rounds, charges, ownership and permitted use of the work.
- Sample review: identified samples linked to a formula revision, recorded feedback and an explicit list of differences still to resolve.
- Production handover: the agreed specification, packaging artwork, test plan, commercial terms and named approval responsibilities.
- Batch release: the agreed batch documents and a documented release decision before shipment. A taste sample alone does not close this stage.
MOQ planning: count units before comparing prices
The partner baselines recorded on September 15, 2026 are 30,000 gummies, 30,000 hard capsules and 100 kg of powder. At 60 pieces per bottle, 30,000 pieces equals 500 bottles before allowances. At 500 g per tub, 100 kg equals 200 tubs before allowances. These are planning conversions, not guaranteed finished-pack quantities. Confirm each formula, flavor and packaging minimum in the written RFQ; do not assume variants share one minimum.
What NutraGuild coordinates, and who manufactures
NutraGuild is operated by Tianjin Inspiration Deer International Trading Co., Ltd.; it does not own a factory. The manufacturing partner's supplier brochure, received September 5, 2026, describes development and production services on page 5 and shows dosage formats on pages 4 and 6–10. This is supplier-provided capability information. The actual production site, product scope and project acceptance must be confirmed in writing.
Compare development cost and timing on the same basis
Request separate prices for development, sample revisions, testing, packaging components, tooling and freight. Agree whether the recurring price is per piece, kilogram or finished pack. Sampling and production need separate estimates with written start conditions, such as specification approval, materials availability and payment. No standard development fee or delivery window is confirmed for every project. Formula ownership, confidentiality and exclusivity also need explicit terms.
Check the evidence before committing to production
Request the applicable facility records, product specification and proposed test scope for your version. Our stored HACCP and ISO 22000 copies show September 20, 2026 as their expiry date; renewal and current validity remain unverified. Those copies do not establish current certification or US product approval. Review the actual ingredients, label and quality responsibilities for your US project. Identify the FSVP importer, Importer of Record and facility US agent separately.
